2) Role of financial management in fulfilling the mission, vision and objectives

Trainer

Ms Tea Wei Li is currently an Associate Director in the risk advisory division of one of the International accounting firms. She has more than 10 years of experience in external and internal audits in international firms. Ms Tea has conducted regular in-house training on topics such as technical updates to accounting standards as well as external and internal audit. In particular, Ms Tea has conducted various workshops on topics such as Corporate Governance for Charities and IPCs as well as risk management and controls for NPOs.

Ms Tea is a non-practising member of the ICPAS,Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University.
